CPC at Southern Miss is about more than joining a sorority. It’s about finding your home, your people, and countless ways to grow. We serve as the heart of Panhellenic sorority life at Southern Miss. Our chapters are dedicated to leadership, academic excellence, sisterhood, and service, both on campus and beyond. Each sorority supports meaningful causes while coming together as a council to lead campus-wide initiatives, champion wellness, and create a thriving, engaged community.

"When I chose Southern Miss, I was hesitant about going through the Recruitment process. I was starting college, where I knew very few people, and I was nervous about making friends in a new place. My mom encouraged me to register for recruitment, and I am so glad she did! Although I was nervous as a PNM, I could clearly see the genuine friendships I would gain within the CPC community! Here at Southern Miss, it truly is a community. After joining my chapter, I quickly learned just how special it was here at Southern Miss. Not only did I quickly make friends within my chapter, but I also made friends down the row. Some of my very best friends are in different chapters, and I think that's what CPC here is all about. It's not about the letters, the positions, or whatever else you might think; the community here is genuine and eagerly waiting for you to join. Without CPC, I would have many of the friends I have today.
