Community and Beyond
Our CPC community goes beyond membership with letters. It is united by a spirit of service and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Through philanthropic initiatives like Circle of Sisterhood and Go With The Flow, our members join together to lift women and support those in need, both locally and around the world.
Our sense of community doesn’t stop there. We are proud to be part of the larger fraternity and sorority family at Southern Miss, working alongside the Interfraternity Council (IFC), the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), and a dedicated team of professional staff who guide and support all of our chapters.
Whether you’re volunteering, collaborating across councils, or seeking advice from our office staff, you’ll find that CPC is built on partnership, compassion, and a commitment to building a better Southern Miss for everyone.
"Joining a sorority at the University of Southern Mississippi means dedicating your college experience to something greater than yourself. The Greek life culture at Southern Miss is unlike any other, largely because our FSL community operates in harmony. As we strive to live out our FSL motto, “together in purpose, together on purpose,” we create an environment that encourages members to become the best versions of themselves and achieve success both academically and professionally.
By collaborating closely with our partner councils, we leverage diverse perspectives and experiences to foster positive change across our university and community. CPC could not function effectively without its co-councils. Whether you come to Southern Miss with the intention of joining Greek life or find yourself drawn to it unexpectedly, there is a place for you to grow into your most authentic and well-rounded self within our FSL community."
